We are a small, friendly club established in 1966 by Vera Garton and based in the historic town of East Grinstead in West Sussex. We are affiliated to The National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies (NAFAS), registered charity number 1101348, and are one of 40 clubs across East and West Sussex in the Sussex Area of NAFAS.
If you enjoy:
...then please do come along to one of our meetings. New horizons await you and no previous flower arranging experience is needed to attend/join.
Our enthusiastic and talented club members range from novices to experts and we are very privileged to have professionally qualified NAFAS demonstrators, teachers and judges among them, some of whom have brought distinction to the club/area through success in many local, national and international competitions.
Our monthly meetings have a varied content including informative and entertaining demonstrations by NAFAS qualified flower arrangers, workshops, in-house club competitions and practice sessions. There is also the strong possibility of winning and taking home with you one of 5 or 6 beautiful floral creations raffled off at the end of the evening. We enjoy social events during the year including trips to places of floral interest and flower festivals as well as participation in local shows.
The Club meets at St John’s Church Hall, The Glebe, Felbridge, RH19 2QH on the 1st Wednesday each month and there is ample parking available. Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start. Complimentary refreshments are served beforehand and new members/visitors of ALL ages, gender and skill are always welcome.
The annual membership rate is great value at £70 and covers 11 meetings.
Visitors pay £10 at the door but their first visit is free (except December)
